The mid-level layer
The Common Core Ontologies form the mid-level tier of a three-tier architecture. They sit beneath the domain-neutral categories of Basic Formal Ontology and above the domain-specific ontologies that extend them for a particular field.
One merged import for the whole suite
The AllCoreOntology module imports the eleven CCO ontologies together, so a project can bring in the entire mid-level layer with a single dependency rather than wiring up each module by hand.
