Each ontology in the suite covers a part of reality that recurs across domains. Together they form the mid-level layer that sits above Basic Formal Ontology.
Agent Ontology

Artifact Ontology
Intentionally designed objects, the functions they bear and the material they are made of.
Event Ontology
Acts and processes, how they contain sub-processes and how they precede one another in time.
Facility Ontology
Facilities and built structures, treated as artifacts with a place and a purpose.
Geospatial Ontology
Places, regions and the spatial relations between located entities.
Information Entity Ontology
Information content and the material entities that bear it: descriptions, directives, designators and measurements.
Quality Ontology
Physically grounded qualities such as force, pressure, temperature, hardness and spatial extent.
Time Ontology
Temporal regions and the relations that order processes along time.
Units of Measure Ontology
Measurement units and the reference systems that make measured values interpretable.
Currency Unit Ontology
Currency units and monetary values, a specialised branch of units of measure.
Extended Relation Ontology
The object properties that connect the classes of the suite into a single graph.
